Wiz Khalifa "Rolling Papers"

Halfway into Wiz’s album “Rolling Papers” I decided I was done. I had enough of getting ear raped by his choppy dead flow. With this being said I pulled myself together and listened to the second half so that I could write this review. While there are a few diamonds in the ruff, songs like ‘Black and Yellow’ do not save this album. I blame this train wreck on Wiz Khalifa alone, the beats are hot, but it seems like every chorus is just Wiz repeating a few lines that “kind of” rhyme. Truth is, if you don’t mind your hooks being crap and your lyrics sounding like a 5th grader thought them up this is for you. 4.8/10

KillZone 3

You know that feeling when your nine kills deep and your gunning for your beloved attackdogs in 'Black Ops?' well say good bye to that.  There are two things that set 'KillZone 3' apart from every ones favorite FPS. First is its difficulty.  While online matches of 'Black Ops' feel like a walk in the park, 'KillZone's' multi player is nothing short of an up hill climb.  Its creaters make it very hard to be succesful if you dont utilize teamwork and strategy.  Playing as different classes gives you unique abilities, such as invisability, or even the chance to sneak behind enemy lines dressed as one of them.  This is fun, but can become frustrating when your getting shot in the face by those thought to be team mates.  The second thing that sets it apart is the graphics;  the look of this game is gritty and different, but at the same time stunning and beautiful.  I would put it in the standings as one of the best looking FPS along side 'Crysis 2.'  Now onto the story: it is little more then good practice for online multi player.  It's neither gripping nor epic, yet pretty fun.  Truth is, the Helghast are a feirce enemy and this is a true war!  8.7/10

Thor

If you asked me who my favorite super hero was just a few days ago I would probably have said Spider-man or Iron-Man.  Standing here today I would still say one of them, but at least now I could tell you who the hell Thor is.  Being unfamiliar with Thor and his God like ways I sat down eager to learn his story.  Lucky for me it ended up being a story I truly wanted to hear.  Don't worry I won't hurt your eyes with spoilers, but I will say the visuals seen in this movie are a bit of a vacation from the norm in super hero movies.  The action in Thor is top notch and never once suffers from the strong story telling.  The connections drawn to other Marvel heros in this movie made me crack a smile, like the obvious S.H.E.I.L.D. reference and the famous Stark last name.  Truth is, Marvel has plenty of "heros" but only one "God" and he is worth your time.  9.1/10

Angry Birds

I may be a little late to the party on this one, but I don't think it'll hurt you to read one more "Angry Birds" review.  Angry birds is nothing but a digital bear trap for your time.  With my first play of the game I lost two hours of my life that I would gladly give away again.  For lack of a better word angry birds is all around "cute."  The game play is fun, yet challenging but not to the point to scare you away from this app.  Truth is, if you got some time to kill and a cell phone "Angry Birds" is your pistol.  8.2/10
